These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using "RX-36 Web" (the "Service") provided by RISE (the "Operator"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Service is in beta; features, specifications, scope, and these Terms may be changed or terminated without prior notice.

1. Overview of the Service

The Service consists of a technical blog and game features provided in articles and elsewhere (including those embedded via iframe).

The content of the Service may be added, changed, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued at the Operator's discretion.

2. Scope and Related Policies

These Terms apply to all relationships between the Operator and users regarding the use of the Service.

If the Service provides separate privacy policies, guidelines, notices, or other rules (regardless of name), they constitute part of these Terms.

3. Usage Environment and Third-Party Services

The Service requires an internet connection. Users are responsible for their own communication charges.

The Service uses third-party services for authentication and analytics (e.g., Auth0, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics). Due to specification changes or outages of such third-party services, all or part of the Service may become unavailable.

If game features are provided on a third-party service, that third party's terms may apply.

4. Accounts and Authentication

Some features of the Service (e.g., profile settings, score submission, rankings) may require login.

The Service uses external authentication designated by the Operator (e.g., Auth0). Users shall comply with the terms and policies of the authentication provider.

Users are responsible for managing their login state and devices.

Users under 13 years of age may not use the Service.

5. User Information and Display Name

If users can set a display name on the Service, they must choose content that does not infringe third-party rights and does not violate public order and morals.

If the Operator determines that a display name is inappropriate, the Operator may restrict or remove its display or use without prior notice.

6. Games, Scores, and Rankings

The Service includes game features such as marble games and slot games.

In the game features, scores may be recorded and rankings may be displayed.

If the Operator determines that scores or records were obtained through misconduct (tampering, bots, exploitation of vulnerabilities, intentional load, etc.), the Operator may invalidate, hide, or delete them.

Information shown on rankings is, in principle, the display name and score, and the scope of disclosure follows the implementation and display specifications of the Operator.

Rankings are public in principle and may appear in search engines.

6.1 Important: Slot Games Are Not Gambling (Avoiding Misunderstanding)

The slot games on the Service are not online casinos or real-money gambling.

The Service does not provide wagering of money or other property (assets), cash-out, withdrawals, or real-world prizes or prize money of value.

Scores, virtual points, virtual credits, or similar items used in the games (regardless of name) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world money, assets, or prizes.

The games are provided as entertainment-oriented digital games.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following when using the Service:

• Violations of laws or public order and morals
• Infringement of the rights of the Operator or third parties (copyrights, trademarks, privacy, etc.)
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, vulnerability probing/exploitation, excessive scraping, etc.
• Actions that impose excessive load on the Service or third-party services
• Impersonation, false registration, spam
• Interference with the operation of the Service
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to content on the Service (text, images, design, source code, logos, etc.) belong to the Operator or legitimate right holders.

Users must not reproduce, repost, distribute, publicly transmit, or otherwise use content beyond personal use without permission from the Operator or legitimate right holders.

9. Disclaimer

The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, usefulness, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to use or inability to use the Service, except where caused by the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Even where the Operator is liable for damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for special damages, indirect damages, or lost profits (except where prohibited by law).

If any dispute arises between a user and a third party in connection with the Service, the user shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense.

10. Suspension, Changes, and Termination of the Service

The Operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice for system maintenance, incident response, third-party service outages, or other necessity.

The Operator may change or terminate the Service.

Records of users (e.g., scores, settings) may be lost due to termination or specification changes.

11. Advertising

At present, the Service is not intended to provide advertising distribution (e.g., AdSense).

If advertising is introduced in the future, the Operator will update the Privacy Policy and these Terms and, where necessary, implement mechanisms such as obtaining consent.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may change these Terms as necessary.

The updated Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise announced in a manner deemed appropriate by the Operator.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law.

Any dispute between the Operator and users regarding the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance; however, this shall not apply where mandatory laws applicable to the user provide otherwise.
